Versatile "Kind of Indonesian" Sauce
Use for marinades, dressing salads, stewing meat, or even stir-frying.
Ratio of 1:1:1:0.5
Ingredients in order of ratio:
Ketjap Manis (Indonesian sweet soy sauce)
Sesame Oil
Rice Vinegar (though most any white vinegar will do)
Sesame Seeds
Mix all ingredients together at light speed. Enjoy at turtlepace.
